How much does a pub website cost?
A pub website starts at £995 plus £39 a month. With table bookings it starts at £1,995 plus £89 a month, and the full package with table and room bookings, like the Blue Bell, starts at £2,995 plus £129 a month. All prices are plus VAT, and there are no per-cover charges or commission.
Can a pub website take table and room bookings directly?
Yes. On the Blue Bell's site, guests choose a Sunday lunch table or a room and send a short form. It lands in the pub's dashboard and the guest gets an email confirmation.
Do we still need ResDiary, OpenTable or another booking platform?
Not for bookings made on your own website. The booking system is part of the site, so there is no separate subscription and no charge per cover. If your rooms are also on booking sites, the room calendars can sync with them through iCal.
Can we update our own menus, rooms and events?
Yes. The website editor lets you change menus, rooms and What's On events yourself, whenever you like, without emailing anyone and waiting.
Will the website work properly on a phone?
Yes. We design for phones first. The menus, booking form and dashboard all work on a small screen, and the dashboard installs like an app.
Can the website help us get found on Google and Google Maps?
Every page gets a clear title and description, your menus and events are real text Google can read, and your pub's details are set out for search engines. For Google Maps, keep your Google Business Profile up to date and linked to your site. Nobody can honestly promise a top spot, but these basics matter.
How are our guests' details kept safe?
Guest details are encrypted and staff use two-step sign-in with recovery codes. If a guest asks for their data, you can export or erase their record from the dashboard.
